Veil Shipping: We handle free shipping for all U.S. orders.
Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via express courier. Orders are processed upon payment verification. Once an order is verified you will receive an email containing your tracking number and confirming that your order has been dispatched.
- US: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of dispatch confirmation for deliveries made within the contiguous U.S. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S.
We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Please note that shipping times are estimated.
Sample Sets: We only ship sample sets within the U.S. Sample Sets are shipped via USPS and will arrive in 5-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S.

Returns are only available for quality related issues:
- In case of a quality related issue with your product contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If the issue is deemed quality related, a return shipping label will be sent to you. Note: A quality related issue means that the product you received is defective (i.e. is torn, haircomb is not properly attached, etc.)
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase or, at your choice, a replacement item may be sent.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and must be free of stains, hairs, dust and pin marks.
- Returns take approximately 3-4 weeks to process.
- Sample sets are not eligible for returns.
